The Music industry is changing.  Digital downloads are dominating music sales and they are here to stay. Complimenting this trend is a reemergence in the importance of the Single (the hit). This paradigm shift has given opportunity to plenty but has left many of the major Record Labels with antiquated physical distribution methods that requires millions to maintain and pull resources away from artistic development. Gone are the days of labels investing tons of time and money to allow you to grow as a musician/performer. Today, record labels are looking to sign artists that are proven, polished, and ready to sell.
What We Do
This is where Bandog Entertainment comes in. We fill in the gap left by the industry turning away from developing artists. We believe that there is a wealth of talent that has yet to be discovered and we provide expertise needed to enhance and accelerate your artistic development, as well as to deliver you the best chance to be discovered.
Our services include song placement, song writing assistance, reworking existing songs, recording services, mastering services, coaching, creating your image, digital music distribution, public relations, and album promotion. The way that we work with you will change depending on your needs as an artist.
At this time we are accepting submissions from all artists who are truly ready to take the next step in realizing their potential.
What We Expect
When we sign you as an artist, it is with the expectation that we will be investing a massive amount of time and resources into your project. Before we move forward with you, we will need to know that there is a commitment from you to succeed. Our process is not magic and it will require massive amounts of commitment, drive and desire from you.
You will need to be performing (find gigs, play gigs...often, we can help you find local booking agents in some cases)
You will need to invest in your merchandise (this is important to building a fan base and we will help you with this process by assisting in designing your artwork, etc)
You will need to practice (be constantly improving and learning, we provide help in honing your skills)
You will need to record (we have several partners throughout the country who can help you but you may have to travel)
If you are not accepted as an artist initially, you must wait at least 6 months before re-submitting a demo (please do not send us the same recording)

Send us your song and we will give you feedback and note on how to improve your songs.
Performance notes
If you are not a song writer please send us a recording of you playing. Recordings may be solo arrangements or with accompaniment. We will send you note on your performance and drills and skills to practice.
Songwriting
For those of you who are looking to develop your talents as a songwriter, you may apply for our song-writing assistance program. In addition to receiving notes on your song you will receive specific suggestions on melody, harmony, and structure of your tune.
